What are dental implants?
Placing dental implants means replacing the crown and root of the tooth with a metal structure. These dental posts are like screws for artificial teeth. Implants work and look like natural teeth
At ADC, the way we perform the dental procedure depends on the implant you need, whether you have any allergic reactions, and the condition of your jawbone. We can place implants in less than 10 minutes giving your smile a complete makeover! We proceed with the most modern implant systems, with fixed dental structures directly in the surgical phase, such as:
- Using the MUA (Multi Unit Abutment) technique that very few clinics use
- Immediate loading of the implant from the surgical stage
What does a dental implant consist of?
Dental implants consist of 3 parts:
In fact, by implant we mean the screw inserted into the mandibular or maxillary bone, which replaces the missing natural root. It can be of different lengths, depending on the anatomical needs of the patient. It can be made of titanium or zirconium.
It is the element that connects the implant to the tooth crown. One part is fixed inside the gingiva and the other part comes out as a needle, on which the crown will be fixed.
The ceramic dental crown is identical to the natural tooth, so much so that you will not find any aesthetic differences.
Why do you need an implant?
Dental implants have long been considered the best option for replacing missing teeth. Recently, guided implant surgery has revolutionized the process again.
The procedure uses three-dimensional CT images to create a virtual model of your mouth. This gives the dentist a good look at the shape of the bone structure, the proximity of the adjacent teeth and the thickness of the gingival tissue. We use dedicated dental implant software to plan every detail of the surgery, which results in faster, more accurate and less invasive placement of actual implants.
How our procedure works

Step 4
After the implant is firmly attached to the bone and gums, you return to the clinic to place the permanent teeth.
